This week’s previous blog told you to FACE YOUR FEAR and DO SOMETHING NEW! And now I want you to also think about the goals you have for yourself; health goals, weight loss goals, life goals, retirement goals, etc.
Facing your fear isn’t always about your healthy lifestyle goals. It’s about all the things in life that we fear. What things is it that you want for yourself? What things, when you look at your future self 5 and 10 years from now, that you know you want for yourself?
Now is the time to take a step forward, today is the day to lay a brick for the foundation of your future! You don't build a wall in a day, you build a wall by laying one brick at a time. How bad do you want it? HOW BAD DO YOU WANT IT! THEN DO IT!
Make a choice, make a commitment, have a little discipline, and take a step forward in that direction. Feel afraid? We all do! FEEL THE FEAR AND DO IT ANYWAY! This is how we grow. Let's overcome some obstacles today, do something that scares us, and lay a brick for the foundation of our future! You've got this!
